Ages Of Love

I had a friend tell me about their aged mother
She loved to read romance books
From cover to cover
So I thought about that
And this is what I discover
We may grow old and wrinkled
Eyes with laugh lines that crinkled
But our hearts stay young
It remembers the days
That bells once rang
No matter our yearly age
We all hold memories of love within
Upon the hearts golden age
There forever we'll refresh
The love upon our hearts page
Now just remember
Someday you'll become a member
Of this exclusive book club
So ring those bells while you may
To store them in memory
For another day
